Student Forms & Petitions was a multi-year project to automate several Institute processes:

• Add Drop Form
• HASS Form
• Late Add Drop Form

I was the UI lead on the project, and built a templating framework so components and styles could be shared across form apps. My team won an 2015 MIT Excellence Award for our work.

The original project plan had dozens more forms to be added, but they have since been put on hold.
